#197: Unfrozen

Post-lecture auditorium. Rows of empty white folding chairs.
Calihan Hall, University of Detroit Mercy, Detroit, MI

It’s been a long and strange week. Every time I think it’s spring here in Michigan we’ll have another wave of cold. All my internal clocks are showing the wrong times. And now, it seems, I’m a day behind on these letters (and everything else) again. Hence: brevity.

I was interviewed by fellow Detroit-area author Kristen Bartley Lenz, for the blog for the Michigan chapter of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (of which now I am a member!).
